Where does Silvox ship to?
We are shipping worldwide!

What are the shipping costs?
For shipments to the Netherlands shipping is free, anywhere else in Europe €4,99 . The rest of the world including the United States and Russia is €12,99.

What are the transit times?
Your order will be handled within 2 business days, in general orders within Europe they will arrive in less than a week. All other orders can take up to 2 weeks.

How do you ship my order?
All orders are sent via DHL. How can I track my shipment? After your order has been sent out you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your DHL tracking code.

Payment

What are the payment methods available?
At the moment, we only accept Paypal (Paypal Checkout) and Ideal.

Product

What keyboard layouts are available for the Silvox Raging Blue XP01?
Currently all our keyboards are only available in US QWERTY layout. Which is widely used in the Netherlands and North America.

UK customers should not have a problem either as it is only slightly different, click here for the differences.

Our QWERTY layout is also very similar to the Latin American Spanish layout however, it is missing one key (ñ, which can be easily typed on US QWERTY boards as well!: shift+~ + N = ñ).

We are working hard to introduce AZERTY and QWERTZ keyboard layouts in the near future!

Do you need software?
Nope! Plug and play!

Is the backlight available in other colors?
Not yet but we hope to introduce RGB soon!

Returns

Do you accept returns?
Of course, we do! However, the package/product should be undamaged.

NOTE: Our warehouse is in the Netherlands, shipping costs for returns are not included.
